Social Enterprise Brief Now in Cabinet Office of UK Government

As part of the recent government reshuffle, political responsibility for the social enterprise unit has moved from DTI and been merged with responsibilities from the Home Office for the voluntary and community sector to create a new "Office for the Third Sector". Ed Miliband is now the Minister responsible within the Cabinet Office.

The new Social enterprise strategy is due to be published by Government "later in the Summer". See:
